The first 65: World War II ended on 15 August, 65 years ago. To mark this special anniversary I have made a numbered edition of my forthcoming photo book, “Lost Track”, which is about the Burma-Thailand Railway 65 years on. The first 65 purchasers will receive a numbered and signed edition of the first 65 printed books.

Book launch & exhibition at Memorial Centre Camp Westerbork on Friday 13 August 2010













Two days before World War Two ended 65 years ago, the book “Lost Track” will be released during the opening of the exhibition Burma- Siam Railway: 65 years on

Location: Herinneringscentrum Kamp Westerbork, Oosthalen 8, 9414 TG Hooghalen, The Netherlands

Date: Friday 13th August (opening, invitation only) Saturday 14th August until Sunday 26th September (open to public)

Visiting times: 10.00 - 17.00 Monday till Friday 13.00 - 17.00 Saturday and Sunday

Book stand at Landgoed Bronbeek















On Saturday 21th August, during the commemoration day for the prisoners of war that worked on the Burma-Thailand Railway (Death Railway) and Pakan Baroe Railway, I will be there with a stand to sell and sign the book “Lost Track”
